Shipping Methods

VINO Malaysia offers professional delivery and installation services for all wall-mounted split-type air conditioners. Upon purchase, our team will schedule a convenient delivery time to your location. Installation is included and performed by certified technicians to ensure optimal performance and safety. The standard installation package covers up to 8 feet of copper piping, along with essential accessories such as brackets and wiring. Additional charges may apply for extra piping or non-standard requirements. We are committed to providing a hassle-free, end-to-end experience so you can enjoy reliable cooling from the moment your unit is installed.

Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Customers are advised to thoroughly review all product details before placing an order. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Repair & Replacement Policy
If a product is found to be defective or not functioning properly, customers should contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting process and arrange for repair if the issue falls within the warranty coverage. If the same issue persists after three (3) repair attempts, a one-to-one replacement may be requested. All replacement requests are subject to evaluation and approval by our technical support team.

All products are covered by a general warranty of two (2) years. For applicable items, the compressor is covered for a period of six (6) years. To initiate a repair or replacement request, please provide your order details along with supporting materials such as photos or videos when reaching out to our Customer Service team via eqservice@fiamma.com.my or call 03-6286 9000.

Order Progress

Order confirmation
After the order was created, the system will send an 'order confirmation' email to you to confirm the order details and shipping information.

How to track order progress
You can check the order shipment status in My Account > View Orders.

How to cancel an order
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by clicking the 'Cancel order'button in My Account > View Orders.

Coupon Notes

My coupons
You can check your coupons or enter coupon code at My Account > My Coupon.

How to use coupons
At checkout, you can select a coupon or enter a coupon code to enjoy your discount!

Discount coupon terms

  1. Only one coupon can be applied per online order. Terms and conditions for in-store and department store coupon usage are subject to further announcement.
  2. The price of each item can't be 0 after applying a coupon.
  3. Coupons can't be applied to products marked as 'Can't apply coupon' at checkout.
  4. Each coupon can only be used once, and any unused amount will not be refunded. Once redeemed, it can't be restored.
  5. If you return or cancel part of an order that was paid with a coupon/voucher, the coupon/voucher will become invalid and will not be restored.
  6. Expired coupons can't be redeemed and restored.
  7. Discount coupons can't deduct shipping fees.
