Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in
Malaysia, we hereby serve you this Notice in compliance with the requirements
of the Act.

In the course of our business operations, VINO
Air-Conditioning (M) Sdn. Bhd. collects, processes, updates and maintains your
personal data/information (including but not limited to name, identity card
number, addresses, contact details, occupation details, financial information,
other references and etc) and/or may acquire your personal information from
third party sources such as credit reporting agencies for the purpose of
general business operations, administrative purposes, risk management and other
related matters.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood this Notice and consent to the collection and processing of your

TO VALUED CUSTOMERS / PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

1. Collection of Personal Data

This Notice is issued pursuant to the Malaysian Personal
Data Protection Act 2010.

In the course of your dealings with VINO Air-Conditioning (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”), we may request that you provide data and information about yourself (“Personal Data”) to enable us to carry out our business operations, deliver products and/or services, and manage related administrative processes and communications.
